Nothing is more magical than seeing the pure joy in the faces of children. And that’s why we love WonderPhil so much and the magic shows he does.
Specializing in kids’ parties, WonderPhil already captured the hearts of hundreds of customers in GTA. Plus, he has various packages clients can choose from, allowing for more control over the event.
The best part about these packages is that they all come with an invitation service. You can either print them to hand out or use them online to manage your guest list better.
For children’s parties alone, he offers three packages: WonderPhil Magic Show, WonderPhil “lite”, and Deluxe Magic Show.
WonderPhil Magic Show is the most popular and runs for 45 minutes. The “lite” version is shorter at 30 minutes, where only the favorite acts are featured.
The Deluxe Magic Show is similar to the first package but with an additional 15-minute magic workshop. All the packages also come with a WonderPhil souvenir, which we love (because kids also love it).
Out of all these packages, we believe you get a better value out of the regular WonderPhil Magic Show. But if you want the kids to socialize at the party, invest a bit more to get the Deluxe package for the workshop.
As far as the other events go, we aren’t too stoked about them as we are with children’s events. He also does corporate events and holiday shows but they just don’t bring the same charm in our opinion.
On the bright side, he truly is a master of his work, even doing a great job for online shows. In fact, we’re pretty sure that his perfect rating on Google Reviews says a lot about this already.
As a cherry on top, WonderPhil also holds the title of Toronto’s Best Magician (an award by A1 Media). He’s also lectured in conventions before, which we see as a sign of great knowledge and skills in the craft.

In contrast, we do think that he’s a bit “uptight” for a bit of a comedy gag. But that’s not to say he isn’t entertaining – actually, over 600 customers think that he is among the best in his field.

X.Ray Magic & Illusions was a gem of a find among exceptional magicians in the city. In our opinion, he has it all and can do it all – with probably just a few areas that could do with improvement.
For starters, he has that balance between formal events and family gatherings. If it’s a corporate event, he’s professional, outstanding, and highly engaging with this craft.
In family parties like birthdays and such, he transforms into a comedic performer who doesn’t take himself too seriously with his gags. And moments like these are such a delight to watch, especially if you have young children around.
As proof of his entertainment value, his clients have nothing to offer but praise. They noted how interactive his performance was and how the audience was left speechless in each one.
Not to mention, he also has a perfect Google Reviews rating too. The level of customer satisfaction goes without question but we want to point out a couple of things to look out for.
Since he has such a wide area of expertise, it would’ve been better if the shows were offered through packages. We’d love to see more freedom in service customization too, considering his talent.

Other than this, the guy is literally brimming with energy and enthusiasm – two things that we think make up a great performer. Additionally, even his virtual shows were as mind-boggling as the live ones for us!

He definitely delivered
Chris Westfall brought his Porcelain Princess tour to Whitecourt last night, at the St. Joseph Community Hall. He definitely delivered! Between over-the-head discreet adult jokes, a flashy & fun persona for the kids to enjoy, diverse stage props, to the actual illusion & fun of a magic show, this was a great night. Chris had 2 personas on-stage. One was a mad scientist trying to capture & outwit a beautiful onstage dancer/magic assistant, to the actual Chris Westfall who left children & adults alike in awe. He constantly invited kids & adults onstage to be assistants to his many tricks. He gave gifts to everyone participating onstage, whether it was a playing card to be autographed, to a magic kit – encouraging kids to learn some tricks for themselves and possibly pursue a dream.
