Planning a birthday party at Playtopia Vaughan? You’re in for an easy, stress-free, and fun-filled celebration! 

Playtopia offers several customizable packages that include private party rooms, exclusive playtime, and more. 

Each party package includes 2 hours of playtime for the kids and 45 minutes in the private party room to enjoy food, cake, and gifts. Party time slots are fixed, so it’s a good idea to arrive a little early to get everyone settled. 

When booking, keep in mind that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party, and additional guests beyond the package limit will incur extra charges.

While outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, you can bring in your own cake or cupcakes to make the celebration even sweeter. Playtopia’s friendly staff will assist with the setup, serving, and cleanup, so you can focus on having fun with your guests.

The best time to visit Playtopia Vaughan is on weekday mornings or early afternoons. These times are usually less crowded, giving your kids more room to explore and play freely. 

Avoid weekends and holidays if you prefer a quieter experience, as it tends to get much busier by then.

Entry Guidelines

  • Adult Supervision: Playtopia requires parents or guardians to supervise their children at all times. Kids cannot be left unattended.
  • Waiver: A signed waiver is mandatory for everyone entering Playtopia. This includes one for all adults, children, and infants.
  • Wristband: Kids and parents are required to wear their wristbands at all times while inside the facility.
  • Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted for drop-in guests. However, water bottles are allowed. 
  • Attire: Socks are mandatory for both adults and children. It is recommended that children wear grip socks for safety.
  • Proper attire is required on the slide. Participants should wear tights, full-length pants, or knee-length bottoms unless otherwise approved by parents.
  • Health: Ensure that you and your children are healthy and free from any illnesses or infections before visiting.
  • Time Limit: Drop-in play is limited to a 2-hour session. You must leave the facility once your designated time is up.
