First and foremost, through the use of innovative microdermabrasion machines, customers can expect a safe and effective procedure. All these, of course, are carried out by their professional personnel who are certified experts in the service. 

Now, let’s talk about pricing. Customers can avail of their basic microdermabrasion (which comes with a light chemical peel) for about $65 per session. 

The one with deep extraction is more expensive but previous clients told us it’s worth the price.

Not just that, the spa offers good discounts and occasional promotions – pretty neat for clients tight on cash. The downside is, the place tends to be always booked during its peak hours so you really need to book early to enjoy the perks.

Since bringing out great customer service is expected in this kind of business, we honestly had high expectations for the place. Fortunately, they ticked off all the factors we had in our box – thanks to the past clients who attest to their genuine service.

Talking about this feedback, we heard how convenient their location is, with spacious parking spaces and all that. Plus, the whole facility is very clean and tidy, which is only the bare minimum but it does make a big difference to us.

Although they provide a wide selection of cosmetic and laser treatments, NewDermaMed still makes sure to deliver the best in each one, from what we’ve heard. On top of it is their microdermabrasion, which as of writing, is one of their patrons’ most desired treatments. 

Customers can enjoy their three sets of the said treatment: full face, neck, or both ($140 each per session). We find this pretty competitive which, understandably, makes it more appealing to clients. 

While this is a bit of an issue, there might be a way to solve this case if you are really eager to get those services. The good news is customers can now acquire each set through packages where the rates can be discounted by at least 30%. 

Another thing we like about them is their free consultation, which we think is their edge over their competitors since only a few of them offer it. With this, clients can get help with their issues without any commitment to undergo treatment. 

Despite all these good remarks, there are also unsatisfied statements we heard from the previous customer. A few remarked that there were no changes from the treatment they go to even while others complained of paying extra charges. 

Nonetheless, NewDermaMed still landed on this list because they’re continuously consistent in the past years and were able to deal with unsatisfied clients. After all, no business is perfect so we have to pick the ones that really strive to always be better.

Impressive technique 

I was pleased with my skin tag removal yesterday. Newdermamed staff were so accommodating and friendly.  I live in Boston but I’ve never been to a clinic as beautiful and clean as Newdermamed in Toronto. As a comprehensive skincare clinic, it’s not surprising to see how Anti-Aging Clinic can be the go-to place for many patrons. Although microdermabrasion isn’t their only specialty, it remains among their best services according to clients.

Before we talk about the actual procedure, let’s get into the overall client experience in this place first. For starters, we appreciate the helpful staff and beauticians who go out of their way to explain the treatment thoroughly.

Compared to other clinics, the atmosphere in this one feels a lot more comfortable and almost feels homey. Of course, there’s still a sense of professionalism in the place so it gives clients much more room to give trust.

As we’ve gathered from our survey, the majority of the customers saw drastic improvements in just a couple of sessions. This obviously varies per client but we’re taking this as a positive (though not the only) sign of good service.

Apart from these valuable results, we also find them very open and communicative when dealing with patient needs. For instance, they may recommend a different treatment than microdermabrasion if it’s not for you.

Other clinics can be less transparent when it comes to these matters so this is a great plus for us. Additionally, their prices are pretty reasonable too although a few of them might shoot up over $100 depending on your procedures.

Microdermabrasion is just one of the many beauty treatments that Jiva Spa offers. But it’s among our top favorites due to other factors that make the experience much more memorable and exciting.

To begin with, the space is pretty cozy – nothing too fancy but also not too boring. What mattered most to us was the cleanliness and maintenance of the place and that too met our standards.

Next, we were glad to find out that every customer we surveyed was satisfied with the outcome of their treatment. The intensity of improvement varies per person but this already means high-quality service to us.

Additionally, another thing that gives their service an edge is their knowledgeable and helpful staff. We even heard instances that they can work under limited time yet still deliver the same remarkable results.

The only issue we found is that sometimes, it can be difficult to book or confirm a booked appointment. On the positive side, this was an extremely minor issue that hasn’t arisen in the past months – a good sign for us.

Overall, we think it’s a fabulous place for anyone who wants a laid back experience at reasonable costs. The people are easy to deal with too, so we think you won’t have to worry about terrible customer service.
