They’re known for their accommodating staff and friendly team, which is always reassuring. They also reportedly offer great creative insight into their clients’ requests, which solidifies their credibility in this line of work.
One of the things we like about TLS is their reasonable rates, which range from $20 to $50 – right within the Toronto average.
While they don’t operate on weekends, they have relatively longer weekday hours to make up for it. This enables them to still take on a good amount of requests.
However, we think they can still improve their output consistency. A few clients reported that their engravings weren’t as pristine as they’d hoped they would be – which is disappointing, given the intricate nature of laser engraving.
